Bang Bang is an exceptional BMR sorghum-sudangrass hybrid built to meet a wide range of summer forage needs. The BMR (brown midrib) trait significantly reduces lignin content, resulting in enhanced digestibility and palatability that livestock find highly attractive — and a longer viable grazing window that extends well into the late season.

Reaching heights of 6–8 feet, Bang Bang produces strong tillering with a favorable leaf-to-stem ratio and increased leaf percentage, making harvest easier and dramatically reducing dry time for hay or baleage operations. Its flexible planting window makes it a natural fit for double cropping behind winter wheat, adding a productive warm season option to rotations that might otherwise sit idle.

Like all sorghum-sudangrass hybrids, Bang Bang performs exceptionally well in heat and drought conditions, with vigorous regrowth after grazing or cutting allowing for multiple harvests throughout the season.
