Alsike is a biennial clover usually planted in a mix with other grasses and/or legumes. It tolerates wet soils better than other clovers making it well-suited for areas that have high precipitation or are poorly drained. Alsike clover is resistant to many diseases. It can be used as a cover crop, a forage, and is very attractive to bees.
