Sesbania is a fast-growing, annual legume that thrives in warm weather. Its stalks can reach 8-12 feet in height. It does best with high temperatures, low relative humidities, and moist soils, growing very well in the southwest where these conditions are met. Sesbania is great for biomass, soil sweetener, or summer cover crop for winter vegetable crops. Excellent source of summer N production.
