Description

Frosted Clover PeakBlend is a diverse four-clover mixture designed primarily for frost seeding — broadcast onto frozen ground in late winter and allowed to work into the soil through natural freeze-thaw cycles. It can also be planted in summer into standing crops or following small grain harvest. Typically inter-seeded into wheat and other small grain fields, this blend improves soil flocculation — the aggregation of soil particles that drives better structure, water infiltration, and root penetration — while adding calcium and potassium to the field over time.

The blend combines Ladino White Clover, Medium Red Clover, Balansa Clover, and Crimson Clover, each contributing nitrogen fixation and biological diversity to the soil system. The variety of clover species ensures strong establishment across a range of field conditions and provides extended seasonal coverage as different varieties mature at different rates.

Seed comes pre-inoculated. Inter-seeding is supported — contact a specialist for details.

Please note: Due to occasional availability constraints, a clover variety of equal or comparable quality may be substituted while maintaining the integrity of the blend.
